I love this! I just returned from volunteer training at my neighborhood food bank. It feels great to make myself useful to help someone else. Rye glimmer idea is brilliant (pun intended)., I’m going to start going it every day too!
Finding glimmers really is the best! I am prone to cynicism, so I welcome glimmers. Kudos to you for the kind gestures, especially to strangers, like complimenting on the shoes, the tie, or earrings. My experiences of strangers saying kind things brighten my dark days, so keep up the wonderful acts of kindness!
I love the ideas shared in this post. I have been thinking of similar things, and the use of glimmer as the opposite of trigger is fantastic. Thanks for expanding my emotional vocabulary.
Such a satisfying feeling. Adding to your list and crossing it off right away. Perfect for those of us that must have our lists (in order to cross things out).
Oh, my god, that tweet of mine keeps circulating!!!
I'm so glad to know that I'm not the only one who does this!
Because it’s so relatable!!!
So I’m not the only one. Unfortunately sometimes it’s the only thing I’ve done at the end of the day.
I resemble that remark.

Yes, I love the glimmer idea too - it seems to be gaining popularity in social media. Less triggers; more glimmers!

Who DOESN’T do that? :-)

Exactly.
I totally do this too!
Who doesn’t do that?
Haha, I do this too!
I do this! Otherwise I wouldn’t get anything done at all.
Yep, me, too… And then wonder why the things I did put on the list didn’t get crossed off… lol
Yes! I’m so glad it’s not just me!
I thought it was just me!
Lovely! Simple yet very effective
